Q1 Can we get some samples?Any charges?

Yes, you can get available samples in our stock. Free for real samples, but freight cost.

Q2 How can we get a quote?

Please offer the specification of the product, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc

Q3 If I buy more,will there be any discount?

Yes, you can get a special discount if your order is over 1000pcs.

Q4 Can you help with the design?

Yes, we have professional designers to help with simple information such as logo and some images.

Q5 What's the trade term and payment term?

30% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, Western Union,L/C,Paypal & Cash. Can be negotiated.

Q6 May I have new sample made with my design for confirmation?

Yes. We can do the high quality sample same as your design for confirmation

Q7   What about the lead time?

It depends on the products. Normally 5 to 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.

Q8 How can i know if my goods have been shipped?

Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.

Q9 time of each option? What shipping method can i choose?How about the shipping

DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc.3 to 5 workdays of express delivery,10 to 30 workdays by sea.

Q10 How do you compute the shipping charges?

We will supply the shipping charges according to the estimated G.W. when quote.

Q11 Do you have MOQ?

Yes. The minimum order quantity depends on the specifications of the label sticker you want.
