You will receive an email confirmation from us after you have successfully placed your order. If you have any requirements for your order, please let us know as soon as possible before your item goes into the processing stage.

Note: For orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

We will carry out strict quality control on your items to ensure that they are properly packed before they are ready to be shipped. Most orders can be shipped within 24 hours. Small orders take 3-5 business days to fulfill, depending on stock availability.

Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it takes to receive your order is processing time + shipping time. If there are any issues with your order, you can submit your ticket to our Support Center for further assistance. Our professional customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.
