Refund Rules
If the order is not shipped, the goods are missing, or there is a problem with the goods received (e.g. defective, wrong, damaged, etc.)
1. You are entitled to a refund within 30 or 60 days from the date of delivery.
2. Within two hours of payment, if the order status is undelivered, you can cancel the order and apply for a full refund.
